The Story

Through tragic events, a former slave, a wanted Indian brave, and the
exiled daughter of a Japanese Samauri lord form an alliance and friendship
at a very young age, in an effort to survive the harsh realities of the Old
West in the late 1800s in America.

Taken in by a caring cattle baroness who finds herself at odds with a
corrupt sheriff and deputy whose sole purpose is to cover up the tragedies,
finding her to protect the children may be a little bit more than she
bargained for.

Recognizing that their escape from the horrible fate that fell upon the
families would always put them, and anyone associated with them, in
danger. Inevitably, the pair, along with a newly acquired Indian ally whose
family had met a similar fate, vow to stay hidden and ready until they can
find a way to avenge their families’ untimely deaths.

The children grow up to be adults who stand by helplessly while they watch
their towns and communities turn from bad to worse. They watch ruthless
killers taking the lives of innocent people, unabashed assaults on
vulnerable citizens, and the endless bank and stage robberies. They can
only shake their heads as they witness all of the rampant crime sprees
plaguing the entire region, and they see the fear and chaos that follows, as
a result of the shortage of men willing to stand up to the lawless which
seems to be the rule the day.

The trio decide to put aside their agendas and find a way to deal with this
disturbing and constant onslaught of chaos they find themselves in. Never
ceasing to train and keep the skills acquired and taught and learned by
them by their fallen ancestors; the decide to become a group of Avengers,
for purposes of confronting the present situation.

As a result, “The Black Mist Society,” is formed with hopes of rescuing and
restoring faith in the rule of law and the shelter of stability and justice and
finally hope, for the good people of the region.

 

Television Project

The Black Mist Society and the Legend of the Fast Gun will consist of a 90-minute Pilot that will introduce the viewer to the main characters of the Saga and follow with five weekly 60-minute Episodes.

The Majestic Entertainment Group-Southwest

The Company intends to move the current film project from the process of active
development into pre-production and physical production, through post-production,
completion, and then into worldwide distribution in all markets in all forms of media
content. Since the Company is organized by a team of industry professionals from a
variety of production backgrounds, it has the potential to create a number of highly
successful motion pictures in all genres.

The film will be shot with vivid colors, not grey and dull, and we will take advantage of
the natural high desert lighting of New Mexico. Horses, guns and spurs. Leather
slapping hide, pounding hooves, loud gunfire, dust clouds, water spray into sunlight.

The West was vibrant, exciting and beautiful. All strong elements deserving of a
constant reminder we are watching a Western film. I want the audience to be absorbed
in every moment. Wardrobe and makeup will be part of the set dressing, while
everything on camera will be textured, layered and embellished.

We will create a wonderful illusion of perfection.
